I am the type of person who has tried lots of different tanning lotions. This one i was a little curious to see how the tingle would effect how much darker i could get overall, and I noticed a huge difference with just the first time i used it! And this is the ONLY lotion I have ever said that about! It does not smell like your average tanning lotion, more like a perfume sent i guess you could say; and that is nice because afterwards you dont smell like burnt tanning grossness. I have an olive skin tone and when i used this product i already had a good base tan. I would recommend this lotion to anyone who is looking for a really deep dark natural looking tan after getting a good base tan first. It does however, make you look a little red right after tanning but dark tan as well, and the tingle wears off in about an hour. I will definitely buy this lotion again! hope this helps! 7 of 8 people found the following review helpful  Sever reaction to product, Amazon Verified Purchase I'm a Medical professional and experienced tanner..Please read before using Roar or any Tingle lotions!!!I have used other tingle lotions including Betrayal, which worked great! I decided to try Roar to see if it worked better. Well I used it and I got a severe tingle and raised bumps all over my body. The redness and itching were not tempory it lasted for least 3-4 days. I was itching so bad I was making marks on my skin and even to the point of scratching some areas raw. I tried taking Benadryl tablets and cream, took a cool shower, used baking soda and corn starch dusting over my entire body, these all helped some. But, after a few hours I started itching again and the redness and bumps came back, this continued for days. I have never used a product that has done this to me. I would NOT recommend ROAR to anyone. However, if you do decide to try Roar. only use it on one body part like maybe one leg and then use something else on the other leg and see if it has that... Roar smells so good when I came out of the tanning bed everyone was waiting to see what I was using, they could smell it as soon as I started putting it on in the salon.High Tingle..I love it. When I got home I fell asleep for a couple hours after I used it and when I woke up it still smelled as good as when i put it on.I will use this as a lotion without tanning as well just because I get that pink that I love from it and it smells GREAT!! |
